Sea Salt Cottage - 180-degree Views of the Olympic Mountain Range and Hood Canal

Sea Salt Cottage offers spectacular views of the beach and the Olympic National Park from this cozy cottage on the bluff above the waters of Hood Canal. The view is toward the mountains to the west, so the afternoon sun warms the yard and the sunsets are the show of the day. The beach is a short walk down the staircase / trail that ends at the beach on Hood Canal. Walk the beach, search for shells, fish, crab, dig for clams, or simply enjoy the views. Come have fun!

Sea Salt Cottage is a great starting point for day trips to Kingston, Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, and Port Gamble. If you want to head further out, Port Townsend and the Olympic National Park await.

Our Best Rental Ever!
Just the very best. Look no further. We were treated like royalty. Adrienne is the consummate host. We loved it. The views are breathtaking even on a cloudy day. She stocked the kitchen full to meet our every need. We'll be back...soon!

Amazing Property
This is one of the best properties we've ever stayed at. It was extremely clean, very well decorated, and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The view is amazing and we were so relaxed the entire stay. We've already booked our next stay. Adrienne is an excellent host and we highly recommend this property!

The property and house were amazing. Adrienne anticipates all your needs. Impressive. House was so comfortable and homey. An excellent place for teachers to relax and decompress and have time to chat about things other than school. Views are breathtaking. Definitely want to return.

A most lovely place to stay
We enjoyed everything single thing about our stay at Sea Salt Cottage. One of the most welcoming and well appointed vacation rentals I’ve ever experienced. It’s plainly obvious how seriously Adrienne takes the hospitality aspect of her property management, seeming to anticipate all wants and needs. The view of the water and mountains from the big dining table is fantastic and yard w fire pit a perfect place to hang out at night. Loved walking out the gate onto the beach, lots of wildlife. Thanks for a very special weekend!

Hospitality Perfected!
This beach house was a dream. Gorgeous location, perfect for our rest and relaxation. All the nice touches by Adrienne, made us feel like cherished family that they had opened their house to, instead of strangers! Highlight was watching a submarine go by. Kitchen was very well stocked and organized. Bedding was high quality! Everything truly was perfect! Can't wait to get some more time away and stay again!

Serenely Beautiful
If I could move in, I would. Sea Salt Cottage is the calmest most serenely beautiful place I have ever stayed. One night alone and the next with girlfriends was exactly what my overwhelmed mom brain was craving. I plan to start a special savings account so I can afford to visit Sea Salt Cottage regularly as part of my own self care-- can't pour from an empty cup! The house itself is spotless, comfortable, perfectly-equipped, and beautifully-decorated. Adrienne has thought of absolutely EVERYTHING and I felt so welcome and cared for that I have decided to ask her to adopt me. And the windows! The view is the BEST / WORST thing about it this magical location! Where do you look?! 180 degrees is too much for take in! Sunset was absolute torture to my FOMO (fear of missing out). When my family came to pick me up, my husband instantly sat down on the couch and started looking up availability for a family visit in the summer. I'm not kidding-- he barely even said hello, just whipped out his phone to start looking at the calendar! Suffice to say, you will not regret your stay, though I probably will. If everyone learns about this treasure it means less time for me!!

Beach dreams
Sea Salt Cottage is the perfect place for a family, or friends gathering. Everything was so thoughtfully laid out and well supplied. Adrienne even went the extra mile and decorated for our stay over Christmas. We really enjoyed our time unwinding there after a long road trip. It had every thing we needed for a memorable stay!!
