Charming holiday home located in Hanstholm, is perfect for a family or a small group of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in scenic surroundings. The house, built in 1963 and newly renovated in 2024, offers modern facilities and a cozy atmosphere, making it the ideal getaway. With a plot area of 1500 m2 and a house area of 102 m2, there is room to relax and enjoy your holiday.  
  
  
  
The house can be inhabited by a maximum of 4 people, making it perfect for a small family or a couple. It is possible to bring up to 2 pets, so that the whole family can be together. It is important to note that youth groups are not allowed, ensuring a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.  
  
  
  
Inside you will find a bright and inviting living area, equipped with modern furniture and a comfortable sofa bed. There is also a room with a double bed and a bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for 4 people. The house has a bathroom with shower and toilet, equipped with underfloor heating, so you can enjoy a warm and comfortable experience, even on cold days.  
  
  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer (60 liters) and dishwasher, making cooking a breeze. There is also a A washing machine and tumble dryer are available, so you can keep your clothes fresh during your stay. For the little ones, there is a cot and high chair available, so the whole family can feel at home.  
  
  
  
Outside, you can enjoy the covered terrace, where you can relax with a good book or enjoy a meal under the open sky. There is also a terrace where you can barbecue and enjoy the long summer evenings. The nearby beach is only 800 meters away, making it easy to take a dip or take a walk along the water.  
  
  
  
For entertainment, there is a television with both Danish and German TV, as well as wireless internet, so you can stay connected to the outside world if you wish. The house is equipped with a heat pump and underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year round.  
  
  
  
All in all, this house is a perfect combination of comfort, modern facilities and a lovely location. Whether you want to relax in nature, spend time with family or explore the local attractions, this house will provide you with the ideal base for an unforgettable holiday.
