Welcome to our house - a newly renovated apartment & just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter, while quiet enough to relax from the chaotic street noise.  
  
You will get a chance to truly live a Hanoian life with local neighbor, local food in a secure surrounding area.  
  
While in Hanoi, live like a local!

\+ Welcome drink of bottled water upon arrival. The bottles are not restocked during the stay.  
\+ 1 bath towel per guest daily.  
  
\- Extra toilet paper, tissue etc. are available on request, feel free to let us know.  
  
\- Trash collection is done every day. Please leave the tightened trash bag outside of the room & we will collect them between 10am – 1pm daily.  
\- We also have big trash bin at the ground floor to put the trash bag.  
  
\- Room cleaning is done every other day. Please let us know if you don’t want the cleaner to enter the room during the stay or have other specific cleaning request.  
  
\- Please kindly TURN OFF all of the electric devices unused when you leave home (even during your stay) to avoid overuse of electricity & to save the energy, then protect the environment.
