The front desk staff were very helpful and efficient, but the room was awful. Beds extremely uncomfortable felt like springs were coming through the mattress. Very disappointed. The gym is in a shocking state. Breakfast was very average.

Fantastic stay!
Fantastic experience and value for money. Staff are so friendly and attentive and we arrived just in time for the hotels ‘ free afternoon tea’ which was delicious. The free buffet breakfast was yum too. Housekeeping was great. Super confortable bed and linens. The gym is a little older but was everything I needed! Awesome location. Would 100% reccomend!

The best place! Close to everything and the staff is super. Not really bothered my room didn't have a window but considering the noise in Hanoi it's probably better that way.

I only stayed for one night. Great location and friendly staff,especially Ms Amy . Great breakfast.The rooms are excellent. They are clean and big. Everything you need is there. Minibar, shower, bathtub, TV, WiFi, etc. They arranged the transfer to the airport as well. I would recommend this for everyone.
