Layla Haus 2 bed room apartment nests in the high floor of the newest luxury apartment in the center of Hanoi where you can see amazing city view and enjoy the best service (fresh air, Korean community, restaurants and many other convenient shops...). Customers can easily find themselves comfortable for the truly home ambience, surround by fresher &beautiful garden in " the most worthy residential complex to live" in Hanoi.  
  
My apartment has elegant and modern design with open space divided into 3 main areas, including public areas with 1 living room, kitchen and dining table; service area with laundry room, and toilet; and 2 private bedrooms. Guests can totally enjoy stress-free day by enjoying a cup of complimentary tea/coffee in a very lovely balcony to look over the best city view at night. My apartment has all you need in the kitchen such as toaster, microwaves, kitchen utensils, kitchen you can cook your own meal. You also can use the amenities includes swimming pool, gym, BBQ Garden Party with friends .The area is very convenient to go anywhere in the city and even the bus station to go to nearby sightseeing places. Only 10 mins by Uber/Grab/Taxi to the Old Quarter, Hanoi Railway Station, 5 mins only to the My Dinh Bus Station  
  
You will love the balcony where fresh air and natural sunlight connect you with the outdoors and a beautiful city view  
You can use all utilities in the complex: indoor swimming pool, out-door swimming pool, gym, BBQ Garden, kids club, playground garden.

The Imperia Garden is near some famous building like Mandarin Garden, Lotte Tower, Keang nam Building, Hanoi Center Point Building, United stares of America Embassy, Korean embassy, Japanese Embassy....There are also many Korean style shops and utilities nearby. This Apartment is full of Korean and foreigners while still stay within a local neighborhood. Guests still enjoy the privacy, the cosy home ambience while still can hang out with the local people. The security is highly stricted 24/7

Grab is the most convenient travel options for tourists or you can call other taxi company like MaiLinh Taxi, CP Taxi (just ask the receptionist to help you)
