Excellent service
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillies par le personnel. On nous a demandé ce que l’on comptait faire et on nous a proposé un itinéraire pour le jour même et le lendemain. A chacune de nos entrées/sorties on nous demandait si tout était à notre satisfaction. La chambre était bien mais avec une fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur.

c'est un hôtel tout à fait correct mais comme c'est une ville très bruyante, c'est difficile d'échapper au bruit.

Hotel vieillissant
Chambre avec bain à remous qui ne fonctionnait pas, et dégageait une odeur d'égout. Le personnel a été indulgent le lendemain et nous a proposé des services pour nous dédommager. L'hôtel est vieillissant et n'est pas à la hauteur du prix des chambre. Le petit déjeuner est très varié mais malheureusement pas très bon.

L'hotel n'a pas les 4 etoiles tel que décrit par expédia il ne les affiche pas d'ailleurs .Il nécessite quelques investissement pour être au niveau notamment pour les équipements électriques (prises et accessoires).

Bien situé, belle chambre en étage supérieur
Très bien situé dans un quartier animé, pratique pour déambuler dans la ville. Très grande chambre avec SPA et vue sur la rue mais pas trop bruyant dans les étages supérieures. Bouchons d'oreilles quand même nécessaire mais quasiment partout à Hanoi !

L hotel est a proximité de tous les centres d'intérêt à pieds le personnel est très pro plus particulièrement annie qui nous à organiser deux excursions baie d halong terrestre et maritime extra de plus elle s'est occupé de nous réserver un vol domestique et un transfert en taxi. Nous recommandons cet hôtel vraiment top le petit déjeuner buffet est très correct allez y les yeux fermés.

Amazing Hotel
Right in the middle of Hanoi, a 10 min walk from great shopping, food and only 20 mins walk for lots of historic and interesting sites. The food is wonderful and the staff really look after you and make you feel special. Tour to Halong bay is very beautiful.

Good bargain for a family room in the old quarter
Nice small hotel in Hanoi, in the old quarter, close to the markets.We stayed there already once so we decided to go again as it was quite good and we weren't too sure about trying other hotels for only one night. We got a very nice familly room with two bedrooms. This time we were on the first floor instead of the second. But anyway not big deal as the room got no view. Which was fine because anyway we spent most of the time outside and it avoided to get too much noise by night as the streets are quite noisy with all the scooters. Breakfast was fair. We paid again around 80 euro by night which is a very good deal. Fitness room is very very basic. And staff very nice and always ready to help.

Good family rooms for a very reasonable price
Few days in the old quarter of Hanoi. The hotel was quite well situated and the room very comfortable. We were on a lower floor (only one window with a view on a wall) but it was a family room (2 bedrooms) and it was very comfortable. And most hotels in this area are like that are buildings are very narrow. But very good ratio confort / location / price (got a discount at around 80 euro per day).

The staff was first-rate. The breakfast spread was good & varied, and the views from the roof-top breakfast room were really nice. The location is in the heart of the old district, which is a plus. That means the hotel is an easy walk to sites, as well as shops and places to eat. The problem is the street noise. If you stay in the back of the hotel, there's less noise but also a small window & no balcony. If you stay in the front of the hotel, you get large windows & a lovely balcony, but you hear the cars honking all night -- unless you stay on the 7th floor. The 7th floor front room is really the best bet -- you get a wonderful balcony, large windows, and reduced street noise. You have to pay extra for it, but it is worth it.

Disappointingly shabby. Many comparable hotels in the area with lower rates; many similarly priced hotels in better shape. We were one night and out. Next time, elsewhere.

Was transferred to L'hertitage Diamond. Offered upgraded to Deluxe room whick was great.staff was English spoken polite helpful and nice.very Near st Joseph Church which was magnificent. Walking distance to the lake which near to many eateries n clubbing place. Will definitely recommend.

Nice location, elegant, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning had many options and was delicious. Only regret was that I couldn't stay longer!

The location was great - the room(s) not so great . We had family interconnecting rooms - whilst the kids room was quite spacious with window & ok bathroom , our adjoinging room smelt damp/musty with no windows ( prob why it smelt damp / musty!) Quite noisy with " echoing " , loud corridors and lots of smoking in rooms ( which permeated the hotel ) even though rooms were Non smoking . Changed our planned return visit to another hotel .

The hotel is great location and convenience in the center of old quarter. The walking street is closeby and all day tours have free pickup form this place. There are some indian restaurants between 5-10 min walk. The hotel also arrange for the Ha Long Bay cruise which was cost effective and also seamless. Kudos to the receptionists that took care of the family trip!

The location of Hotel L'Heritage is very central, convenient close to everything. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. We had a nice room with 2 beds in the back, so very quiet. Buffet breakfast very satisfiying, except they did not have espresso machine and I need my espresso or Latte in the morning. I would recommend this hotel which is also not expensive.

The property is beautiful and in a very good location. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that we should go to the sister hotel at a better location. we had not slept and went along with this but soon realised it was not a better hotel at all. We went back several hours later and the wonderful manager upgraded us and arranged for all of our luggage to be collected. Would recommend the hotel but do not let anyone talk you into going to another hotel!

Familie på 5 - rundrejse i Vietnam. Stop i Hanois gamle bydel. Ligger lige hjertet af den gamle bydel. Hotellet fint og rent. Havde booke to værelser med connecting doors. Fungerede rigtig fint. Dog ingen vinduer i nogle af værelserne. Store og fine værelser. Morgenmaden lidt sparsommelig. Begrænset udvalg - men ok.

大きな問題の無い無難なホテル
安かったので良かったのですが、期待以上のものはあまりありませんでした。思ったほど豪華さや清潔感が無かったのが残念でした。ただ立地も良いですし、大きな不満と不便はないので、コスパ重視の方にはオススメです。

Unbelievable service
When we first checked in, we were not happy with our room - it had a strong odor and it was very dated. We told the front desk and the manager (Emmanuel) came out. He couldn’t have been more friendly, helping, and understanding. He said this hotel was about to undergo renovations and they would move us to their Diamond hotel. Our new rooms were outstanding and the service was always amazing.

そこそこ快適でした。朝食、部屋、スタッフ、サービスいずれも大きな問題はありません。主要観光地や買い物するにも便利な場所にあるのでオススメです。もう少し清潔感があると更に良いと思います。
