We had the opportunity to stay in Hanoi at the end of November, and we stayed at the Hanoi exclusive hotel. We booked the executive room with the City view. The location of this hotel is ideal. It has many stores and restaurants around. The room size was perfect for our needs and we had a balcony where we could enjoy the view of the neighborhood. The room had basic amenities such as water, coffee, toothbrush, toothpaste, body, wash, and shampoo. Exactly what we needed. The staff was very hospitable and professional. The receptionist, Lien, was very kind and very helpful. I recommend this hotel fully. Thank you

Good Location!

It was a lovely stay at the hotel. Location is superb, right at the heart of old quarter. We walked to everywhere and no need to take Grab. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. We enjoyed the stay!

Good size room, really friendly staff and nice breakfast. The bathroom was small and some mould. Great location walking distance everywhere. We didnt end up using the balcony as the air quality was very poor

I chose a room with an interior window because I knew I would not be spending much time in it, if you are going to be in the room, you may want to choose one with a view. The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter and accessing excursions. The property is very clean and the staff is friendly and open to providing any assistance you may need.

Located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were very kind and helpful with booking rides and tours for us. The staff go above and beyond! It is a very convenient location, close to everything. The bed and pillows were comfy. We would definitely stay here again. We had breakfast every morning here. You could order off of the menu and there was a buffet of toast and lots of fresh fruit. Very clean.

Everyone here was amazingly nice and courteous. I arrived very late at night and they were very accommodating to my needs. The breakfast was filling and quick. Great location in the center of the action but my room was quiet enough so I had no trouble sleeping. Thanks!

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. There are some awesome authentic Vietnamese restaurants within 5 minutes from the hotel and there is a Starbucks just round the corner. But the standout thing was the service. Everyone speaks decent English and is super polite.

Lovely helpful staff, great breakfast

The staff (especially Binh) were so lovely and helpful with anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit and a hot menu with lots of variety. While beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was a little dated/tired with some brown (mould?) spots in the corners of the shower and bathroom. Location was perfect though, so close to train street and good food everywhere nearby!

A well located hotel for those visiting the old quarter, and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Very nice and helpful operators. They helped us (went down from their reception counter on 1/F) with our luggage while we were getting off the taxi on a busy street. Good suggestions of dinning places and very helpful in answering our queries. Good communication in English. Room size adequate not big, guess this also applies to other hotels in the old quarter (which are packed with low rise buildings). Buffet breakfast including "made to order" menu (which is a rather extensive one). Would stay again.
