We were greeted with a welcome drink and they gave us some helpful tips about the area. The room was very nice, clean and spacious, with great decor. The bathroom was modern and the shower worked well. Air conditioning also worked well. We had pho from the restaurant, which was delicious. There were many options for breakfast as well.

I stayed in L'Heritage Diamond Hotel in November with my family and parents. It's a new one, so comfor bed and clean room with view window .This hotel is a boutique hotel as like most hotels in old quarters. The thing which I liked most about this hotel is their super friendly staff who are very courteous and helpful. They really try to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Especially the front desk, he took care of my entire itinerary for Hanoi and Ha long bay.

Extremly friendly and helpful staff. Our receptionist even stayed in conctact with us via whatsapp during our Vietnam holiday and made sure that everything was fine with the transfers we booked with her. Tasty breakfast. Tidy rooms. We would definitely come again, because of the outstanding staff.

The staff was very generous and helpful, They helped us book our whole trip, we have got a amazing 3 days SAPA tour. The room was clean and tidy. Fabulous amenities, great location. The restaurant and food were really amazing! The service was the best and friendliest I have ever experienced.

well situated hotel
the hotel is very centrally situated to explore Hanoi. The reception staff were exceedingly helpful with directions and any queries. They also were happy to look after our larger luggage whilst we were in Halong bay.

Not bad, but...
I stayed 1 night at the L’heritage Diamond, and one night at a different property. The L’heritage Diamond ( LD) was 20% more expensive than the other hotel. However, the other hotel handily beat the LD in every meaningful category : cleanliness, guest service, design, comfort, noise level, and value. Management would be well advised to implement a better system of monitoring and ensuring room cleanliness. My bedsheet had a very noticeable red stain, and there were numerous hairs on the bathroom floor and a towel. The staff in the lobby and restaurant were pleasant, and professional for the most part. Overall, my stay was decent, but not great.

We were upgraded at check in. Big room, very clean, great shower. Breakfast good but offered the a la carte menu only after we finished buffet - which had nice choices. Cons - noisy. Construction behind and in front of hotel. Noisy air con and could hear plumbing from adjacent bathrooms. Slept with earplugs. Nice staff but not as polished as better hotels. Avoid driver to/from airport. Overly aggressive, on phone much of trip and drove too fast. Taxi drivers were more careful than he.

Great hotel
We had a very nice stay at L’heritage Diamond Hotel and Spa. Stayed here 3 times over the course of about 1 week. (Had day trips with stayover in between) Hotel staff is very nice and looked after our luggage while we where away. Location is exquisite. It is very easy to get around from Hotel location. Only thing to put a finger on would be the breakfast buffet which was not in my taste. But that is most likely due to the fact that im european. Highly recommendable.

Wonderful family room with great set up with two connecting rooms. Wonderful reception staff with Marteen doing a great job managing reception and Viet Anh so helpful and kind. Massage staff wonderful and gave our children great massages for a very reasonable fee. Totally recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again as faultless and great location.

On arrival we were put in a room on 4th floor. Very hot and no lift. We asked to be moved which was achieved on day 3 of 4. The new room by the pool on ground floor was excellent. Pool was lovely, but there was building work going on right next to the pool which was all day and noisy and dusty. Would stay agin but only in round floor poolside room. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We did not start in the best way here in this hotel with a problem in room door locking, but then the hotel stuff tried in all ways possible to find a solution and giving some extras for free. I appreciated a lot how they care about their customer comfort and sutisfacrion. My Bedroom was tiny but well arranged with fresh fruit, minibar, clean towels and soft large bed. Breakfast was well served at the top of their building from where you can admire the old city center, inclusive of the cathedral, as a panoramic view. Breakfast dishes are not just repeating all the same each day, so if you stop more than one day, you will have variety in different continental and vietnamies food. Location is perfect for enjoying shops, restaurants and local real life style. Taxi availability and private car arrangement are also easy and at good price in this hotel. What I just missed to test is their massage center, next time I will try it.

Nice hotel, but the do construction work on the other side of the street. We got moved from a nice front room to a cramped side room to escape the noise. When constructions are finished in a few months this will be a perfect place to stay in the old town. Nice 9th floor breakfast restaurant with view. Clean rooms, new hotel, good service.

Small Space
The room was a lot smaller than we expected. We booked 2 separate rooms for my husband and I and my friend and her boyfriend. I am not sure if they had given both of us a really small room because we stayed for one night or if that is the size for all the rooms. It would be do-able for just one person. Thankfully we only had 1 luggage cause we wouldn’t know what to do if we had 2. We ended up staying at another sister hotel after our halong bay tour and it was a lot more comforting.

This is the best hotel I have been to in my life! The staff here are friendly and helpful especially Emmanuel and his team. They provided many good recommendations for delicious food and fulfilled every request we made. Hotel responded to our emails promptly and accurately. And they alway keep their professional attitudes to the guests. The breakfast is good and location is so convenient. Room are clean and comfortable.

Great location in the Old Quarter. The staff was awesome and made us feel right at home! Room was modern and very clean. Our room had a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. We would highly recommend this hotel
