The third night we came back after a long 8 hours bus ride to a room with only one bed. After we explained to them there must be a mistake since we have always asked for a twin room, they insisted we didn’t make the request for the third night and thus they were out of twin rooms for the night. Despite explaining the snoring condition and the fact that we have stayed at the same hotel for the past two nights, the hotel receptionist couldn’t be bothered and insisted that was the only solution despite it was 11pm and clearly they have two other empty rooms. Faced with this insistence disregard for our welfare, we had no choice but to forfeit our paid hotel room and book another twin room at another hotel down the road.
