Only issue I had was that the upper bunk in my room had a gap to the wall, so a couple of my things fell through, which was frustrating. Lockers were large (BYO lock). The facilities were good overall, nothing special. The room was a bit small for the price. Breakfast was nice, in par with other hostels in Vietnam. While the staff was helpful and nice, I would not recommend booking trips / activities with them. They would bring me to another hostel that also belongs to them, not true. The receptionist even tried to sell tours to me in between moving to another hostel. I booked a 6 bed dorm, and because atmosphere important to me, I always book carefully a hostel... this time a waste of my time! So they moved me to another hostel, to a 8 bed dorm and a smaller room (for more beds). The bathroom was big, but everything was broken.
