Al día siguiente nos hicieron trasladarnos a una habitación detestable, sin ventanas, aunque estaban libres algunas habitaciones exteriores, con sábanas rotas y amarillentas, toallas tan finas como papel... Y una limpieza muy mejorable. Sólo había que ver a las camareras de las habitaciones sentadas por las escaleras comiendo constantemente. Un horror! A staff with broken English met us upon arrival and gave us a room on the 8th Floor. It was very disappointing because the room we booked is a Triple Room with 3 beds - but on the first night - they gave us a Suite Room with just 1 Bed, and that room is really dirty - it has not been cleaned yet. Too tired from the long trip, we saved our complaints as they promised to give us the correct room the following morning. On our 3rd day though, we weren't able to order breakfast because their kitchen ran out of gas. :( And we were told to wait for 30 minutes. We couldn't wait that long as our pick up for City Tour will arrive by then already. Will not recommend this hotel.
