Excellent staff and impeccaple service. Very good breakfast buffet and restaurant. Nice spacious, comfortable and clean room. The pool area lacks a little maintenance (broken chairs, litter, empty water cooler for a few days, accessible pool towels). The gym is nice and functionnal. Overall a very nice stay even if the hotel is a little far from main attractions of Hanoi. The staff have great hospitality and sufficient skills. Facilities are new and comfortable. If I could point out some minor drawbacks, the bathroom counter space is a bit small for my personal items. In the shower room, it would be perfect if there were a small basket on the wall for shower gel or shampoo. It would be better to provide more glasses for water or fruit juice in the breakfast area. But overall, it was a nice stay for me.
