Stay here! The location is amazing, great breakfast and the staff is beyond perfect. This was a last minute booking and on every site, they have one of the highest ratings I have seen in Hanoi. You are on this cute street right in the heart of everything. The front desk staff sat with me and told me about the area, where to go and what to do. They didn’t try to book tours or get money out of us or send up to a travel agency....their info was genuine and honest. The location is great in between the Old Town and Frech quareter. The rooms and clean and tastefully decorated. The room we stayed have little space for 3 persons, often we will get our shin knock on the bed corner which is perturb out. There is free coffee with a kettle, but no teaspoon to provided. One late night I went for a beer at a nearby pub, went I get back to the Hotel about 11.45pm I was shock to see the hotel entrance was shut down by the auto aluminium gate. For 5 minutes I was wondering what to do outside in the cold, as I was without a phone with me.
