### Apartment 'Nordlichterhof' with Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Nordlichterhof is located in Neustadt am Rübenberge and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a smart TV with streaming services. This vacation rental features a private garden for guests to enjoy peaceful mornings.  
  
Guests have access to a private garden. Please note that the terrace is currently undergoing renovations.  
  
This apartment is located in a historic building nearing its 100th anniversary, nestled in a small, quiet village. The property is conveniently situated just 4 km from a supermarket and offers easy access to several attractions: Serengeti Park Hodenhagen is a 30-minute drive away, while Nienburg and Neustadt can be reached in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Hanover is 45 minutes away, and Bremen is about an hour’s drive. Additionally, the beautiful Steinhuder Meer is just 30 minutes from the apartment, providing opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities. Public transport links are within walking distance.

#### Sehr hübsche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage

Pros: Es ist alles sehr hübsch gemacht und modern eingerichtet. Toll ist, dass Bad und WC getrennt sind. Wir waren mit einer 4-Jährigen dort und die hatte viel Spaß beim Toben durch den offenen Wohnbereich und auf der eingezäunten Rasenfläche. In Laufnähe gibt es einen guten Bäcker/Konditor. Weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und An-und Abreise liegen ohne Probleme. Cons: Alles war toll, nur das WLAN ist etwas langsam.
