Dining was way too expensive which was not match what I got. Food had too much sugar and overly charged as well as breakfast fee. Staying there felt like a lovely retreat. The grounds meet up with one end of the wide, beautiful, shaded 2-mile causeway that stretches over a good portion of West Lake. Don’t miss it. Also, we took the 6:30 p.m. hourlong boat ride from the hotel. We were astonished and delighted by getting up close to the water and light show, which we hadn’t known about. The hotel staff bent over backward to help us in every way. The restaurant food was very good.
