The hotel rooms are actually apartments with a kitchen, washing machine, living room, walk in closet and separate bedroom. The furnishings are modern and the bed is comfortable. Shower is a rain shower with modern finishings throughout the room. I booked the hotel as I intended to stay in the city center center Wulin Square and West Lake. As I wanted to go to the Hotel, I noticed that the location on the map that Hotels.com provides and the actual location are totally different . In fact the hotel is not anywhere near the center but far outside the center on the other side of the river. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The views from my room were terrific. The hotel provided many complimentary hygiene products such as laundry detergent, high quality dental utensils and great smelling body wash and shampoo. Although the location of the hotel was a little far from the city center, the quality of the room more than made up for that inconvenience. The hotel staff was kind and friendly. However, I wish that they spoke more English because it was particularly difficult to communicate with them at times. Breakfast was great, dinning area staffs were friendly, food was great. Service for the rooms were excellent.
