Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Excellent location, 70 metres from Metro station which takes you to the airport or any main train station. Hotel room is super modern. Especially the full function electronic 'spa' toilet experience. Free laundry wash and fold service. Reasonable selection breakfast for Westerners. Bed was very comfortable, not hard.

Konum çokiyi, metroya yakın, odalar inanılmaz konforlu, ince detay düşünülmüş, resepsiyondaki çalışanlar muhteşem. Hem ilgili hem de çok cana yakınlar. Her türlü sorunuma çözüm sağladılar. Teşekkür ediyorum. İlk fırsatta yeniden geleceğim. Hangzhou yu sevmemi sağladılar
