Værelset var fint, men ikke udsigt til have som lovet. Hotellet promovere sig på at være røgfrit, men det glæder ikke i restaurant og fælles områder, hvor man åbenbart må ryge som man har lyst - lidt øv, når man havde booket hotellet af den grund, at det var røgfrit! I informationerne her på siden kunne man læse at man kunne få morgenmad mod et tillæg på 38 RMB, hvilket ikke er tilfældet - prisen er 58 RMB. Personalet sagde blot at det var en fejl, men fejlen stod endda på deres eget skilt også. It is tucked away from the main road so if you reach there by Taxi please ensure you have the hotel address written in Chinese as Taxi drivers cannot understand or speak English. This hotel is mainly frequented by chinese people or Asians so very little English is spoken. I booked an executive room which was clean with LCD TV, Aircon, Workdesk and free open wifi. So was happy with my stay. Breakfast is mainly Chinese cuisine but for westerners they have croissants, fruit, eggs and juices. I will most likely stay here again. Points faibles : État et installations de l’hébergement #### SSAW Hotel Yillian Hangzhou A well positioned establishment, Friendly staff, although one young man (waiter) at breakfast really got to me as he was texting on his phone for over 30 minutes and would not bring me a cup of coffee. Other than that speaking English was not a problem. The menu in the restaurant was rather interesting as over 80% was no longer available. The front desk staff were rather good and helpful at all times.
