This updated spacious 3,000 sq ft home located less than a 5 minute walk to the spectacular Hanalei Bay has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This home offers air conditioning in the upstairs King suites, with ceiling fans in every bedroom and living space. Two 700 sq ft decks on each level were added to this property to provide spacious outdoor living and dining space. Comfortable teak couches & dining tables add to the experience to enjoy your favorite Hawaiian cocktails after a long day of play in the sun. This spacious home is perfect for multiple families traveling together. There are two levels within the house joined by a central hall and stairway. The fully equipped kitchen and primary living area are located on the upper level. You will find everything you need to prepare a feast fit for a king, including a gas grill, to prepare a tropical feast. An expansive kitchen island, with seating for 3, provides the perfect space to prepare and share the day’s meals. There are also two dining areas, one indoor & one out, to create the perfect outdoor setting for a family dinner or a romantic dining experience for 2. The mountainside and ocean-side suites are located on the upper level with air-conditioning. Both suites are generous with king-sized beds & their own dedicated bathrooms suites. The mountain-side suite boasts a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. Amazing views of mountain fed waterfalls are seen through the sliding doors adjacent to the bed. The ocean-side suite has an incredible walk-in rain shower with two heads. This spacious suite also offers an exterior seating area on a private lanai with plenty of room to escape for a cup of coffee or to read or book away from the bustle of the rest of the home along with a sauna & jacuzzi. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms & a separate living room area with a foosball and game. The mountainside bedroom has two twin beds, offering a surfer theme. Our lanai-side Queen bedroom is quiet, with access to a lanai that leads to our open grassy lawn and hot tub. The third oceanside bedroom with a Queen, boasts an amazing cross breeze with two sets of sliding glass doors for great ventilation. The downstairs living space is established as a second living room, with a large Smart TV & seating area. There is also a wet bar equipped with a beverage fridge and icemaker, as well as a foos-ball table for a post-beach competition. Enjoy a relaxing time in the hot tub and let all the worries soak away! Afterward, unwind in the soothing warmth of the sauna. The house is also equipped with an outdoor hot water shower for your convenience when returning from the beach. There are many great spaces to lie & rest in the shade, under a palm tree. The home comes equipped with beach towels, a beach closet with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas & usually a boogie board or two. Well stocked with everything you need and W/D are nice to have so accessible. The upstairs has AC and stays quite cool. But the downstairs does not and can be really hot even with fans. Most of the windows are actually sliding glass doors so you can’t keep them open at night. It worked well for my family. Tastefully done, with everything one needed. The lanai with the large table was perfect! There is a soup kitchen located directly next door to the house and there were some sketcky folks meandering about on days that it was open. The concierge service advertised was essentially useless. They were unable or unwilling to make us dinner reservations or reservations for certain activities. The response to our inquiries were bascially that we had to do it ourselves. Unfortunately we were not given a heads up that we needed to make reservations for dinner and activies weeks if not months in advance. The house itself is nice and roomy and has undergone a recent face lift. Overally, i would look to stay somewhere else as we would expect better service and location for a high end property. ##### Todd S. Just a short walk to the beach access and a short walk to the town (restaurants, shops, market, etc). The views from the home are amazing including mountains with waterfalls and even saw rainbows.
