Dining table chairs not the best as very tight to get under table. Bedroom up stairs needs fan fixed over by south door. Tried batteries from working fan and still did not come on. Little fridge in that room did not work either. Did not need it but next renters might.Front outdoor furniture needs better pads on the dark wicker chairs. 3/4 inch is worthless. Other 3 chairs fine. Back patio furniture kinda shot especially with no pads. Definitely need to fix or even replace alot of the blinds since there is no ac. Most of ones in upstairs bedroom you have to manually put up and fabricate way to keep them up. Beach equipment great. These are just some things that need address.
