Welcome to the "La Maison d'André" cottage, a charming country house where modern comfort meets historic charm! This house comprises two fully renovated apartments (the small and large apartments), sleeping up to 8 people, each with its own terrace and a spacious garden with unobstructed views of the countryside. A shared laundry room is available.  
  
Ideally located in the heart of nature, the accommodations are perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. Enjoy relaxing moments on your terrace, admire the garden view, and indulge in the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside.  
  
Whether you want to explore the surrounding sites (Montmédy Citadel, Avioth Basilica, Marville village), taste local products, or simply recharge your batteries, La Maison d'André is the ideal starting point.  
  
Book your stay now and enjoy an unforgettable countryside experience! The cottage consists of two spacious and bright apartments, each offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.  
  
\- The small apartment: On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher) with direct access to the terrace. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and toilet. On the first floor, there is a spacious sleeping area with two 90 x 200 cm beds.  
  
\- The large apartment: On the ground floor, there is a living room with a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher) with access to the terrace via the laundry room. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and toilet. Two bedrooms: one with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a 90 x 200 cm bed. A second bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds.  
  
Outdoors:  
\- Each apartment has its own terrace, equipped with garden furniture, so you can enjoy your morning coffee or a nice glass of wine in the evening. - The garden is a true haven of peace, with green spaces where you can relax, read a book, or even have a picnic.  
  
All-inclusive rate  
Bed linen change is available for stays of more than 15 days, with a charge of €5 per sheet (payable directly to the owner on site).  
  
The baker comes by every morning (except Wednesdays) and stops in front of the house.  
For your peace of mind, mosquito nets are installed on all windows.  
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed and bathroom linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:  
\- Pets: €30.00 per stay  
  
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
