Discover Cozy Lake Retreat, your ideal Hamurana getaway, perfectly situated near Lake Rotorua and iconic attractions. This house offers a peaceful escape with easy access to Skyline Rotorua, Rotorua city center, and the Waipa Mountain Bike Park, providing the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for families and friends.  
  
The Space:  
This charming house offers a tranquil retreat just moments from Lake Rotorua, with a lakeside walkway and bike trail directly across the road. For added convenience, a playground and boat ramp are a short walk away, perfect for family fun. Inside, you'll find a cozy and safe space suitable for up to 6 guests. We've included board games and cards for relaxing evenings. The garage features an air hockey and foosball table, plus a basketball shooting arcade for some friendly competition! And don't forget the spa pool, ideal for unwinding after a day of activities. Our location is close to essential shops and we're always available to assist you for a seamless stay.  
  
Guest Access:  
You'll have exclusive access to the entire house during your stay. This includes three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and a living space with a TV and indoor fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of laundry facilities, including a washing machine, clothes airer, and outdoor drying line. Free parking is available on the driveway.

Nestled in the charming community of Hamurana, Cozy Lake Retreat offers a tranquil escape with easy access to local amenities and attractions. You'll find yourself directly across the road from a lakeside walkway and bike trail, perfect for leisurely strolls or active adventures. A playground and boat ramp are just a short walk away, providing family-friendly fun. For dining, you can explore local options within a short drive, offering a taste of New Zealand cuisine. Essential shops are also conveniently located nearby for your everyday needs. The surrounding area boasts the natural beauty of Lake Rotorua, with attractions like Skyline Rotorua and the Waipa Mountain Bike Park a comfortable drive away, offering a blend of relaxation and adventure. Experience the best of Hamurana's peaceful atmosphere and convenient location.  
  
Getting Around:  
Getting to and from Cozy Lake Retreat is easy but we do recommend having your own vehicle. Parking is available in the driveway, and additional free parking can be found on the street. For those flying in, Rotorua Airport (ROT) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Public transport options are limited in Hamurana, so a car is recommended for exploring the area and accessing attractions like Skyline Rotorua, which is a short drive. Consider using a ride-sharing service for transportation to and from the airport or if you prefer not to drive.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Cozy Lake Retreat is located on the main road through Hamurana.  
Please supervise children at all times.  
The property has an enclosed fence gate installed for security and privacy purposes.

We loved the space especially the outdoor space and game room. Both spaces were great for un winding after the activites we had planned.The kitchen has more than what you would ned to make meals and the hot tub is in a quite place to lac.
