On the smaller side but beds were comfortable and big kitchen with everything you may need. We liked that the living room and dining room were open to each other. The area was great. We enjoyed the beach, historic Phoebus and restaurants 5 min drive, and Fort Monroe. Easy walk to the beach but we drove with all of our beach supplies and easy to find parking. Also very central to Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country, Virginia Beach, Hampton Colosseum, etc… (30-40 minutes or less). Neighborhood is quiet. House suited our needs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was specious enough for comfortable cooking. We utilized the patio space and grill provided. The location is also walkable to the beach.
