Although there is not much we are able to do about outside noise, we do encourage our guests to let the front desk know immediately of issues they are having in their guest room, like the weak shower and a/c and heating unit noise. If there is something we can do to rectify any issues, we would love to be able to resolve it as soon as possible to make your stay better. We do agree that our bathrooms are "cozy". The building dates back to the 1740's, a time when less space was needed. We do hope you will give us another try where we can try out a different room for you.
