The unit was comfortably updated and was equipped with everything we needed for our mini vacay, including a fridge, microwave, and dishes. The TV was a nice size and there was free WiFi. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. My favorite part was the sliding double door that faced the beach, where we were able to see the beautiful sunrise. We were provided with a parking space behind the building. Our host was very helpful and responsive to questions. We ended up taking one of the empty tanks and exchanging and decided to leave our full tank to gift to the next guests. :)We set up across the street on the beach about a 3 minute walk to the right and it was a great spot. A bit uncomfortable for two people, we had to leave some things in our car. It was clean when we arrived, seemed fairly newly renovated. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Location is just a little ways out from the strip which isn't a bad thing if you want some quiet time. Communication with the host was excellent. Parking was free and just behind the unit. The beach was directly across the street and made going to the beach extremely easy. The space was perfect for our needs. Very clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful with our questions. It was nice to be so close to the beach but not in a huge condo building. We didn't want to be in the middle of party central so it was perfect! Private parking was also a bonus. We had to change our dates last minute as it was going to rain for our whole trip and the owner responded quickly and was able to accommodate us. Saved our trip!
