Beach Condo with a view! 3-bedroom with balcony porch!


Newly renovated 2nd floor condo -- 3 bedroom 1 bath. A quick 3-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk!

This property has three bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and a sleep sofa. All bedrooms have there own dresser.

Enjoy your morning coffee and the sea air on the balcony's table and chairs!

Kitchen is completely renovated with new appliances stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Kitchen is stocked with all needed essentials like frying pans, lobster pot, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, cups and plates and more!

Bath towels and linens are also provided and professionally cleaned. The whole condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each visit!

There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the common area at the back of the first floor. Enter through the first door around the back side of the house.

This condo comes with 1 assigned parking spot that is available May 15- October 15. You'll find it on the left side of the house (if looking straight at the house from the front). Additional street Parking available October 15-May 15, and there is a paid lot on the corner of our street where you can park your car.

This condo is in 3 min walking distance to Beach, 10+ restaurants, bars and convenience stores ( Christy's Pizza, Bernie's Beach Bar, The Goat, Ice Cream, McGurik's Ocean View and Royal Market just to name a few!)

Amazing can’t wait for summer

Please was clean and well organized, communication is very important and they were very responsive. Location was only 5 mins walk from the beach, which is great because the beach is very busy and noise so perfect place to relax. Definitely will be back in the summer.Thank you for the hospitality!!!!

Don’t bring your car.

We didn’t receive any information from host until we reach out for it. They asked us how many cars we had and said that there was only room to park 1 even though our reservation was for 4 adults. They instructed us we can park on the street which was false. The neighbors complained and threatened to tow us. There is no sheets or pillow cases for any of the beds as well as no towels for the shower. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in the whole house and the couch had stains all over it. We had to purchase all these items. I have stayed in many VRBO houses over the years and this was the worst one by far. Not to mention the one parking spot could barely fit a Altima. Very disappointing and frustrating. Neighborhood was not friendly either as it was full of non tourists that you could tell hated the fact we we were there. Also It is an upstairs apartment with a very small steep staircase with no lighting. Dangerous!

Fishing weekend in Hampton

It is as described in the listing. The space had everything we needed, and was enjoyable to relax in. Beds are comfortable, and I was happy at how clean the space was. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place near beach

We enjoyed our stay in Hampton Beach, and the house met our needs. Instructions for check in and access were easy to follow. Parking space is very tight. Our rental vehicle (SUV) just barely fit. Beach is nearby, clean and beautiful.

Nice loft near Hampton boardwalk, just note the parking arrangement

Nice and conveniently located place. Parking was one issue we weren't aware of. The spot is wedged between the two houses and you cant get in and out when parked. You have to get the vehicle out on the street or behing the house to get in and load the car. Also, could use sole curtains on the main window. Otherwise, a nice place, as advertised.

Hampton Beach

The property is very accommodating to a good amount of guests given it’s modest size. It never felt cramped or tight between myself and my three children. It was extremely clean and the kitchen and bathroom featured really nice upgrades. The spacious patio is a great place to have a meal and spend time watching the sun set. The property shares close proximity with other units and there was construction happening across the street which was a bit too noisy at late hours but no fault of the owner. Parking is also not the most convenient but manageable. We would gladly stay again.

Cozy cottage in Hampton Beach!

My group and I stayed here for our friends 30th and it was exactly what we asked for! Cozy, local, and the owner was very easy to get a hold of (if we had any questions). I highly recommend staying here and looking forward to next season booking with Rob again.

Perfect location, amazing condo

My family stayed at this beautiful condo for a week and it was everything we could have asked for and more! It was so close to everywhere we enjoy going to, it was so clean, recently renovated, had an amazing deck with ample seating. The pantries and bathroom even had extra supplies! The only downside was parking (we had to park one car offsite due to NH’s street parking law which only allows NH residents to park on street). We will definitely be returning!
