I would have given the highest rating especially since at check in the staff were very welcoming and supportive, however at checkout there were different staff and this person was not as welcoming. I called down to request a late checkout as I was so relaxed in my comfortable room that I wanted just a little extra time to prepare to leave and the front desk woman was so cold and short, barked at me to say: “No, we don’t do late check out “ and hung up the phone on me. You would have thought that I called for a free stay- her rudeness and lack of hospitality was a real let down to this great stay. I will definitely still come back, but hopefully she won’t be working her shift when I do return. "
