This home has 4bedrooms all king beds and one queen pullout sofa bad, large pool. Very quite neighborhood for a perfect getaway from the city. Escape to a great Hampton's getaway that has all the amenities for a luxurious vacation. Sitting on a one-acre lot, this expansive estate offers an abundance of relaxation and recreation. Blocks away from the Beach. From the beautiful circular driveway to the lushly landscaped backyard, the 4,000 sq. ft. traditional hardwood flooring, high ceilings and an abundance of windows that fill the house with warm natural light.

Great property for our needs. We were very comfortable and the space was amazing for our party
This place was great. But be sure to bring all your own soap etc. Actually not even dish soap or dish towels were provided which I thought was strange. The manager responded to me 2 days into our 4 day visit when I said the living room TV did not work by saying it did. It did not maybe just needed new batteries for remote. I understand bathroom soap but not kitchen. Overall we loved it and got the pool heater to work. The kitchen is sparse in some areas. Overall it was perfect for our specific situation and we boasted our daughters rehearsal dinner. Perfect space for that.

Exactly What We Wanted
The house was very large and had a great amount of room for the kids to play. Pool was nice, game room was a bonus. We enjoyed the fire pit. Furniture was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen.

Very good family pool house.
We had an nice week at Joe’s rental. Very large house with great bedrooms, large beds, very comfortable quality furniture inside and out. House was cleaned well and well equipped. Pool was fun with diving board for kids. Water was a bit cloudy but Joe had people come to fix it and came there himself to correct the chemicals to return it to a clear salt water. Had to move the microwave to avoid electric breaker trips, apparently not a new problem. Large game room in ok condition with equipment. Could be maintained better. Long walk or short drive to bay beach but no public parking for non residents. You have to drop off swimmers. 15 min to great ocean beach with parking or free drop off. Would be nice to have few pages of house and local information about beaches and restaurants. It was expensive compared to other beach locations we have used but probably typical of the area. Landscaping and pool area is not fancy but very functional for family or party use. We would consider it again if we go to Long Island again next year.

Unprofessional Disrespectful & Dishonest
Check in access code is supposed to be given 4 hours prior to check in time. I waited until after 4pm. After I reached out and requested it. I received the code 30 minutes after check in time. When I arrived at the house the keypad was dead and I could not open the door. Again I had to contact Joe: This is how the vacation began. The pool was not heated when I arrived. Joe did nothing so after texting back and forth for 3 days I called Joe to discuss issue. He was dishonest and rude. Half of our vacation we had a cold pool. The oven and the stovetop cannot be on simultaneously. The circuit breaker pops and I had to go downstairs into a filthy garage to reset the circuit breaker during the entire time I was cooking . Joe did nothing about this issue. His texts to me were rude and disrespectful. Cooking took forever because you could only cook one thing at at time. Also I could not do laundry and cook at the same time for the same reason. The water in the shower suddenly changes and burns you. One of the toilets was broken.There were many other issues and broken things around the house which are extremely dangerous. Finally, I wanted to discuss and resolve the above said issues and Joe refused. He would not speak to me or VRBO after several attempts. Joe barged into the house with his cleaning crew and menacing attitude while I was still there with my children. He was abrasive and insulting to me in front of my children. Needless to say the house is in no condition for rental and dealing with Joe was a nightmare.

We had a great time at the house. Everything was great. We had 5 kids , my wife and I and people visited us. Plenty of room. House is great. Quite area. Close to everything. First day we went to stop and shop which is less than 2 miles away for all our groceries. Barbecued almost every day. Not a big deal at all but if the pool were heated my kids would have spent evenings in there as well. Thank you.

Great house
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Not everything inside the house is brain new, however, there is everything that a couple of families might need for their stay. We will try to rent the same house next summer. Thank you Joe for being responsive to all my questions

Brothers wedding on Long Island
Fantastic property and property manager - the home is amazing and comfortably fit 9 family members - gave us an opportunity to have a much nicer and comfortable stay while on the island for a week with all the amenities of home versus being in multiple hotel rooms. Thank you!!!
