It has four bedrooms, two baths, sunroom and eat in kitchen. Central AC, wireless internet. TVs in each bedroom with Netflix, Disney and Hulu. Beautiful landscaping surrounds and a spacious brick patio with in-ground heated pool, hot tub and playground. The property It’s conveniently located, within walking distance to Peconic Bay, minutes from ocean beaches, restaurants, vineyards, golf courses and train station. We were amazed to find a playground and trampoline in the front as well that would be perfect for young families. We are so grateful for this home and the memories made there. The home was spacious and in a convenient location. The best aspect was the patio and pool. There were lots of chairs and lounges, lots of good towels, and the pool was well maintained and a welcome bonus on a warm day. Our only complaint was that the septic system is not working well and the owner asks that renters not put any paper products in the toilets, including toilet paper.
