Newly painted, updated furnishing two bedroom, two bath apartment above marina at Blind Bay NY. Sleeps up to six people (four beds and one pull out fouton) and has direct access to the St. Lawrence River. Easily launch and slip your boat. Trailer parking available at storage barn. Beautiful views of Blind Bay and newly replaced balcony and staircase. Air conditioning, internet, trash disposal all included. New television. Exceptionally clean. Perfect for fishermen/women and small families with older children. Marina is a functioning business with a small, quiet bar beneath. Peaceful weeknights/days and higher energy weekend evenings. We work very hard to make sure your stay is comfortable.

This place is ideal for fishermen
Whitney is a great host! This apartment is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. The kitchen is awesome, the marina docks are well maintained and there’s power at each one with a regular 110 volt outlet, no need for an adapter. The beds are wonderful and the ceiling fans really cool the bedrooms well. I am already making plans to return next year! Thank you, for everything, Whitney!

Awesome place
I really did not know what to expect renting this, but I have to stay it was the perfect spot. The apartment was clean, airy and extremely comfortable. The marina is small, quiet and efficient. The bar was small, but it brought a smile to our faces seeing and hearing small gatherings laughing and having a good time. Whitney is a great host and always working hard to keep the place maintained. We will definitely be back!

Terrific Location
This place gave us everything we needed. Ample space for three adults. A perfect place to dock our fishing boat during the stay, literally steps from the door. Whitney was absolutely fantastic with everything and was always close by if we needed anything. The place was super clean and well maintained. They are putting a great amount of work into the entire property and it shows! I am almost positive that we will return here soon.

Perfect for our needs
First off, the owners are wonderful people. Very helpful and friendly. It's apparent how enthusiastic they are about their river life! Our friends stopped over and now we have competition to rent again next year. Oops. We slept well in the queen bed. The a/c and fans were adequate (it was hot weather) and this is an upstairs space. The outside deck was great for morning coffee overlooking some reeds, jumping fish and osprey. Bring drinking water and ice. The stairs into the space may be a challenge for some folks. We cooked simple meals and if you want to get fancy, bring that specific cookware and stemware. Overall we're thrilled to find this place and would recommend for the autumn season as well so the outdoor space can be enjoyed while it's not so very hot.

Great Find and Not Far from Canada!
Great Find for friends or family! Apartment is above a marina with a tiki bar below and a small store. Lawrence and Whitney are wonderful and not far away if you need anything! Singer Castle, Cedar Point State Park and Canada are not far while boating on the St. Lawrence. Fishing, tubing, skiing and relaxation were had while we visited this vacation spot!
