Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand vor Ort. DieTelefonnummern waren nicht besetzt und es hat keinen Rückruf gegeben. Nur zufällig haben wir im gegenüberliegenden Hotel eine Ansprechpartnerin gefunden. Am Morgen der Abreise war wieder niemand zu erreichen, auch im Hotel nicht. Wir hinterließen die Schlüssel im Briefkasten, dort wurden sie dann auch nur auf Nachfrage gefunden. Das Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsduschen waren sauber, aber es fehlten zuverlässige Informationen zum Ein- und Auscheck. Das hat uns extrem genervt.
