As the listing suggests, the garage was a little small for our rented Toyota Camry, so we parked (as suggested) in the front lawn between the hedge and the building. Very safe and out of sight. Perfect location, close to town and the lake. It was a little noisy overnight as the unit is on a busy street but the family slept through. The kitchen had enough plates, pots/pans utensils etc. It would have been handy to have a cloth to wipe down the benches as there were only 2 tea towels. We struggled to get the lockbox open to get the key but managed to open it in the end.
