Nothing...I booked the location I wanted because my brother is handicapped..and after I paid ..they sent me a check in for a different address...that had stairs and was above a storefront...A place I would never book

Give it one star for trying to make it attractive. But otherwise, would never ever stay with GlobalStay again. There is no television streaming. The TV didn't work. Sent them no less than 9 emails complaining as the only reason we booked there was to have access to some entertainment. After receiving several emails implying we were dullards who didn't know how a tv works, then nothing. Went to clean up on last day and someone had left a bag of dirty liquid next to laundry. When it spilled everywhere we had to clean that too. Requested discount for the lack of television. No response. Still waiting on return of deposit one week later. Half expect them to blame us for the TV and not return it. Entire operation seems like a scam.

The only issue I had was that the tv did not work at all. It comes on but it’s not a smart tv, no fire stick. So you are stuck looking at a black screen with a box. I reached out to someone that tried to tell me it was a smart tv. After sending a piciture he told me the maintenance people would be in contact. I never heard nothing from anyone. Please upgrade the tv!

I liked the set up of the apartment. Didn't like that I couldn't control the AC. As well we ran out of toilet paper. They didn't have any spare toilet paper in the apartment. Other than that it was a nice place to stay

Globalstay property description indicated that this condo would have a smart TV it did not. It only had a basic 40 inch insignia. The TV had no Wi-Fi capability or a cable box that would provide any programming whatsoever.

Unfortunately, we have to disagree with your review, David. As per checking conversation between you and us - no indications of such issues were found. Our apartments are equipped with smart TV and their functional is fine. In case if guest finds such, shall be reported for an immediate assistance.

Location was very poor. Building changed their door code and hosts were not able to provide a way into the building other than waiting for other tenants to enter/exit. Apartment itself was nice. Would've been a nice play to stay if the building wasn't so hard to access.
