Agatha Christie room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean including the bathroom, shower and linens. Love the theme rooms- Eager to stay again!

Great location and decor, well-maintained, and friendly staff. The only negative is that their bar/restaurant areas aren't reaching their full potential.

Female server at the library bar was so lovely and wonderful drink menu. No response to texts from the front desk when that’s how they ask you to communicate with them. No restaurant in the hotel. No gym or fitness facilities. Room was very small; no recycling bin in room, no fridge or coffee maker.

Every room is themed, based on artists I believe, and the building is a historical, so it gives the hotel a lot of character. I didn't really love my particular room just because it has a slightly goth theme, that I wasn't expecting other than that the experience was very nice the staff were friendly and professional.

Wonderfully helpful, friendly and accommodating staff. Fun and unique rooms. Had a great and relaxing stay at the Arlington Hotel (which is what brought us back years later). Only concern was that it would have been helpful to have been pre-emptively made aware prior to booking that the entire town closes on Mondays. Had I known this, I simply would have picked another day to visit so that we could better enjoy the lovely town. Very nice stay, we would definitely come back.

Great location for convenient access to the downtown amenities. A little noisy with traffic right below you. Room, lobby, bar all clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast could be a little better with maybe bagels and cream cheese, pre-cooked scrambled egg and or bacon and sausage.

Pros: Friendly staff, great location, beautiful updates rooms plus their restaurant is relatively good with friendly staff. Cons: 1) No extra amenities like toothbrushes which we unfortunately forgot along with toothpaste 2) The pillows are quite bulky or high it’s uncomfortable 3) The noise due to steps/walking upstairs are disturbing our sleep 4) no refrigerator

Loved that the hotel was right downtown! Very quaint town. Clean, friendly, safe. Great parking at the hotel. Loved the rooms personalities!! Ours was Virginia Wolfe! The air conditioner was quite noisy during the night! Shower water pressure very good!Bed was comfortable!!! Would definitely stay again!!!

Unique boutique hotel - each room has its own theme which can be fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms along the front can be noisy during the week due to excessive traffic which starts early in the AM. Very convenient location - easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Friendly staff, nice room. Excellent location. Only issue was pipes in room above made lots of noise, we travelled with a fan so that blocked out some of the noise but still pretty loud. Excellent location, near restaurants, trail, river.
