Holidays from the beginning!  
The beautiful and modern apartment with separate entrance is located in the bright basement of an elegant detached house in a new district in the district Haltern-Flaesheim. It consists of a large bright living room with complete kitchenette, dining area and a separate bedroom and shower and toilet.  
  
Ideal for 2 people who want to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday, the apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the forest area "Die Haard" away. Cycling and hiking trails (Roman route) are in the immediate vicinity. For Halterner reservoir with passenger ship, boat rentals and many walking paths it is only 3 km to Westruper heathland only 2 km.

Eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet war. Die Lage war ruhig und perfekt zum Radfahren, aber auch zum Wandern. An- und Abreise lief völlig stressfrei und ich habe die Zeit dort genossen.

#### Prettige en comfortabele uitvalsbasis voor fietsen en wandelen.

Het is een appartement met alles er op en er aan. Compleet in een veilige omgeving. We konden van daaruit onze fietstochten maken. Persoonlijk hadden we moeite met de hardheid van de matrassen. Maar dat is ook enige punt van aandacht.
