Nyrenoverat hus med stora sällskapsytor. Stor insynsskyddad trädgård i soligt sydvästläge. Altan och grill finns. Boendet ligger mellan centrum och Tylösand med goda bussförbindelser till båda delar. Huset ligger i ett lugnt område.

Boendet  
På nedre plan har ni tillgång till en rymlig hall. Badrum med dusch samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Rymligt kök och vardagsrum med öppen planlösning. Matbord för 8 personer, 65 tum tv med högtalarsystem från sonos. Dörr ut till altanen som ligger i sydväst med sol från lunch fram till ca 20.00\. Ett sovrum med en 180 säng finns på nedre plan, möjlighet för ett fjärde sovrum med en sängplats finns, skriv till oss så löser vi det. Övervåningen består av två sovrum. Två sovrum med en 180 säng och ett sovrum med en 160 säng + bäddsoffa. Toalett finns även på övervåningen samt ett stort vardagsrum.

#### Lovely home

This was the first placed we stayed in Sweden. It was perfect place to recover from jet lag. The beds were comfortable and the blackout blinds were appreciated. The location worked for us as well, quiet but we could drive to town or to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the extra half bath was great. Would recommend this place.
