Vi hade en fantastiskt vistelse och njöt utav god mat, vedeldad bastu och härliga dopp i bäcken. Kan varmt rekommendera denna fina Herrgård och värdparet är fantastiska. Kommer absolut åka hit igen!

Personligt och gemytligt

Personligt och trevligt bemötande av värdparet som gjorde alla sysslor. Ett plus för den vedeldade bastun och den goda maten! Överallt ett härligt lugn. Övernattningsrummen var rymliga och nyrenoverade. Salarna i herrgårdsbyggnaden var lite övermöblerade och ibland saknades den sista touchen.

Fantastiskt boende i herrgårdsmiljö

Bodde på Sikfors herrgård 2 nätter i samband med operabesök på Skäret i mycket bekvämt, rymligt och välstädat rum nära huvudbyggnaden. Fick ett mycket bra och personligt omhändertagande också i samband med de måltider vi intog på gården. Kan varmt rekommendera Sikfors, speciellt om man vill komma bort från de stora och opersonliga anläggningarna i denna vackra del av Berslagen.

Expansive shabby location

Wonderful piece of nature around, but you can't enjoy. Very simple rooms in a loveless equiped environment. Extremely high prices meet extremely low standards. 85 SEK for 0,1l low quality wine; the toilet paper was the thinnest I ever saw. Nearly everything has to be restaurated, overall it's shabby. Be aware of the description: there is no restaurant and there is no business center. There is one menue (495 SEK), you can only choose wether or not. Very disappointing moneysucker accomodation.

God mat, vilsamt rum och underbar omgivning

Vi sov två nätter på Sikfors Herrgård hos Uta och Oscar. Finns bara ett ord- Fantastiskt! Rummet i byggnaden bredvid herrgården var stor, praktisk och oerhört vilsam. Det enda, som kan påverka helhetsupplevelsen, är trafiken på vägen bredvid. Vi blev dock inte störda av den, då hela omgivningen var så vilsam.

Lantlig idyll

Hotellrummet, ett hörnrum med separat sovrum var rymligt , välutrustat och inrett i en stil som passade huset. Restaurangdelen av verksamheten låg i huvudbyggnaden som ägarna hade lagt med stor möda på att inreda tidstypiskt. Middagen som var en fast meny serverades av krögarparet var god, vällagad med goda rekommenderade viner. Frukostbuffen dukades upp i restaurangköket som var otroligt väl rengjort. Hembakat bröd gjorde inte frukosten sämre. Hotellets läge i norra änden av en badsjömed egen badbrygga uppmuntrade till mer än ett dopp. På det stora hela en mycket trevlig vistelse.

Ønske om å bo på herregård - velg Sikfors!

Jeg kom sent og ble hilst velkommen på en suveren måte. Servicen var personlig og upåklagelig, rommene har en vanvittig sjarm i anekset, og omgivelsene er strålende. Ikke bare anbefaler jeg Sikfors for ensomme ryttere på veien, skulle jeg arrangert et selskap ville dette vært perfekt!

Mycket trevlig, bra frukost och sköna sängar. Trevlig personal. Dock var rummet mycket kallt. Man kunde önska sig fler TV kanaler än gratis kanalerna.

Var själv på herrgården. Trots man har bokat var rummet svinkallt tog många timmar innan det blev varmt. Stort plus för frukosten det var hembakade bröd. Fantastisk utsikt

Lovely host, warm comfy rooms

We enjoyed a short stay at Sikfors, everything was very nice and our host could not have done more for us, very pleasant, very helpful and very welcoming. We stayed in an outbuilding which was fairly modern, warm and clean and met our needs nicely. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.
