Pets will lead to a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed. Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice. There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping. Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage.
