### Luxury North End One-Bedroom in Trendy Downtown Halifax Neighourhood.

Enjoy a luxurious experience at this contemporary 960 sqft one-bedroom. Suite comes with a private parking space and patio and features an open concept living room with floor to ceiling windows, dishwasher, in-suite washer/dryer, in-floor heating, king-sized bed and a big screen TV. Situated in the booming north end, two blocks from the Halifax Commons, historic Citadel Hill, and around the corner from some of Halifax’s trendiest restaurants, shops and bars.  
  
This open-concept unit features a big comfortable sectional and a big screen TV with Roku and sports channels so you can kick back and relax in style. It also features a desk space for those who need a place to work while traveling. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and island and features a large closet pantry filled all the cooking appliances and utensils you might need so you can cook just like you would at home. The apartment opens up onto a private patio which leads to the enclosed entrance of the private parking lot where you have your own parking space.  
  
The bedroom has a supportive box-spring King-sized mattress so you can get a great night sleep. The bedroom is tucked away in a quiet corner of the building where you can be assured a good night’s rest.  
  
While the unit is in the heart of the vibrant North End, only a few minutes away from historical landmarks and trendy bars and restaurants, the unit itself is very private and quiet, giving occupants the perfect balance of city-life and quietude during their stay.
