"The room was very dusty and caused significant sneezing, itchy eyes (we have dust allergies); even the bedding was dusty. The floors were dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom as well as mold on the wall. There were not enough towels and the water did not get hot; housekeeping was not open at the time of our arrival. The staff apologized and were very helpful the next day, but we were tired, frustrated, and ready to go."

"Staff was welcoming to pets but Expedia showed that the charge per pet was $25 and they charged me $50\. Bathroom sick's plug wasn't working and upstairs neighbors must have been jumping on their beds. Breakfast is only coffee and breakfast bars. Bed was nice, room was clean, shower was good."
