Loved the little coffee space in this place. They had a lot of extra blankets. Each room has a smart TV with Netflix. They did offer wifi. A nice touch was a little basket on the table with some microwavable popcorn and assorted candy. In the the basement there were 6 fishing poles, and a few extra bags chairs. Basement did have a musty smell which a few of my friends stayed down there and it was overwhelming. There is no lake view of this place. Even though it is across the road. The outdoor space is in the front of the house with a deck, outdoor couch an outdoor propane fire table and a grill. The fire pit is seriously less than 15' from the road. The propane fire table ran for a couple minutes and was out of propane. Most of the pavers surrounding the fire pit were broken. There is an outdoor swing by the fire pit but no one sat on it because it was old and falling apart. The oven is very outdated. The beds were not comfortable. Overall we had a good time. The location was great for boating- which we did a lot, and it had all of the basic amenities we needed! Upon arrival, there was a goodie basket of snacks, drinks, and 4th of July knickknacks for the kids- which was super thoughtful. The only issues we had with this property was the amount of trash left behind from previous renters (the dump was closed), and the yard was not well maintained. We actually had to clean up some dog poop for the kids to be able to play in the front yard. The property owner checked in with us about half way through our stay which was really nice.
