First floor of a new building and was completed in late 2017\. Living room / kitchen are very bright, with uninterrupted views of the mountain range. From the living room you can look (with a good view) at Neuschwanstein Castle. Bathroom and bedroom each have a large window on the north side. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bathroom bright tiles were chosen and all other floors are made of high quality vinyl. The furniture consists of new furniture, etc. -> all "further information" you will find below in the text ... Access to the apartment via the external staircase on the west side. There is a parking space directly at the entrance. \*\*\* Living space & sleeping places (occupancy for 2 persons): \- approx. 27.4m² living / dining room incl. fully equipped kitchen \- 12m² bedroom with box spring bed 180x200cm and a travel cot "Additional sleeping possibility possible on request" \- approx. 8m² bathroom with washstand, shower, toilet, \- about 6sqm hallway \- 1m² storage room \- 3,5m² west balcony \*\*\* Miscellaneous: \- 1 car parking space \*\*\* Fresh linen and towels and (kitchen roll, toilet paper, Spülmaschinentabs for the early days) vacuum cleaner, spices, coffee machine etc ... are of course available. BBQ is available on request. Our guests have free Wi-Fi available. A flat-screen TV and a radio are also available. Bicycles and prams can be parked in our lockable garage. In winter, wooden sledges are available free of charge. In summer, sun loungers and barbecue are available on request. Arrival from 15 clock and departure until 10 clock. Beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon sieht man in der Ferne Schloss Neuschwanstein und die Berge. Einfach wunderschön. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. In dem gemütlichen Bett haben wir herrlich geschlafen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut für alle Ausflüge. Wir hatten das große Glück, ein paar Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung im Allgäu verbringen zu dürfen, und es war einfach himmlisch! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und gleichzeitig unglaublich gemütlich eingerichtet – genau das, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub in den Bergen wünscht. Die Lage ist ideal: Ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug, um die vielen Attraktionen der Region schnell zu erreichen. Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Tür, und der Blick auf die umliegenden Berge ist einfach atemberaubend! Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu bequemen Betten und einer großen Terrasse, auf der wir viele laue Abende verbracht haben. Für uns war es der perfekte Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und die Natur in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Die Reservierung war problemlos. Bei der Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und durch die Wohnung geführt. Während des Urlaubs war Frau Zobel immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.
