It’s definitely a Japanese-style bed (firm for us Westerners) and limited/tight parking, but everything else was fantastic. Onsen was great and very relaxing. View was heavenly. They had complementary breakfast in the fridge. Special thanks to Fu who was a quick text away, super quick in responding. He took care of our transportation and recommendations for sightseeing. Pictures dont match. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to accomodate an early arrival. The unit was clean and spacious. It was a little out dated compared to what the pictures indicate. Could use a better heating system. We got way more than we were expecting- the room was like a small condo. Great bathroom set up, full kitchenette, living room with tons of movies to pick from- everything worked! The onsen was amazing, private patio/balcony- tree screen for privacy. The staff was fantastic as well- the manager- set us up with a messenger app incase we needed anything during our stay- even dropped my friends and I off at gora station when we checked out.
