The rooms were of decent size and the breakfast was good. The hotel was a short distance from Gora Station and the Hakone Open Air museum. There are a number of lounging areas in the hotel which I liked. Refreshments and snacks were free on the 2nd floor. We also utilised the private onsen which is just outside our room. The room (Condominium A) was very spacious and had a good amount of natural light. The amenities we plenty, both in the rooms and within the hotel as well. There was lots of space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere around the property too. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the afternoons were well received, and breakfast had a fair variety of options. Perfect location only a 5min walk from Gora station where you get both the train down to Odawara and the cable car for the start of the circular trip around Hakone. Room is well appointed and spacious. We love the hot bath, and also the hot spring baths in the grounds. It’s great you can grab a beer or soft drink in the evening complimentary , and it also gives you time to chat to fellow travellers. The area is more rural, but very relaxing and peaceful for our 2 night stay.
