#### お手頃価格でしたが……

とっても良かったです。 お部屋はシンプルで必要最小限って感じでしたがフロントの方々も丁寧でわからないことも聞きやすかったです。 立地も駅の目の前と言うこともあり コンビニや居酒屋などが徒歩で数分という所も良かったです。 ※居酒屋から流れるイカ踊りの曲がとても印象的でした。 朝食はプランに入っていませんでしたが1人550円でバイキングが食べられました。

スタッフの方の対応はとても良いです。 部屋の清掃があまり良くないのか、築年数も関係するのか、清潔感はマイナスです。安くて駅前なので、寝るだけなら良いかと思います。

隣の部屋の音が筒抜け。夜中2時過ぎても大学生っぽい複数の人が部屋に集まり大声で騒ぐので、さっぱり寝られなかった。喫煙部屋しかとれなかったので仕様がないが、部屋が臭すぎて気持ち悪くなった。

駅前で朝市も徒歩圏内です。朝食も550円 と格安ながら品揃えも豊富で満足でした。 何よりスタッフの皆さんがとても親切で安心 して宿泊できました。

函館駅前至近距離にあり、どこに出かけるのにも好都合な点はプラス。到着時の室内のにおいが気になった点はマイナス。とはいえ、価格を考慮するとトータルでの満足度は高い。

函館駅の目の前で市内電車の駅も近く、どこへ行くにも便利でロケーションは最高です。ホテルの部屋は清潔でアメニティも不自由なく満足でした。

部屋は古く綺麗とは言い難いが、清掃はいき届いている感じ。駅や飲食店、コンビニからも近く素泊まりするには充分。

#### Clean, comfortable, dated.

Clean, comfortable, very convenient - it's directly opposite Hakodate station - and very cheap, but the rooms and foyer are very dated and the hotel is undeniably worn around the edges. You get what you pay for, and it's excellent value.
