Property was located a bit far away from the train stations but close to the airport. Staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible! Plenty of choices and food was super fresh and delicious! Definitely would recommend this place for a relaxing few days.

Everything was good during the stay except that it’s a bit far from JR Station, and the bus service wasn’t that frequent for getting around.

スタッフ対応は良し 部屋はお任せなので仕方ないが海は観たかった 夕食メインと思われるズワイガニは酷かった、 食べ放題とはいえ食べれなかった。

客室から津軽海峡を一望でき、温泉では波の音を聞きながら海を眺められました。 飛行機好きとしては、温泉に入りながら函館空港を離着陸する様子を見られたのがとても良かったです。 温泉にフライト時刻が分かる案内や時計があれば、さらに満足度が上がると思います。

朝食がいくら食べ放題、スープカレー、身の柔らかい鮭。充実していました！ 卓球もあり、楽しめました。 子供はお風呂場から出てアイスが食べれるのを喜んでいました。 海が目の前で、波の音が心地よかったです。

海の見える部屋だと思って予約したのに全く見えない反対側の部屋で残念でした それにチェックインの時に対応してくれた人の声がとても小さく全く聞き取れませんでした

初めて使わさせていただいたホテルです。 海側の部屋でしたので、景色も良く、カモメがベランダに止まって、しばらく見学できました。 食事面では、色々な食べ物が用意されて、大変満足な食事でした。 残念な事は部屋のトイレが非常に狭くて、残念でした。 全体的には、残念な部分を差し引いても大変満足しております。

櫃台服務人員服務很棒，中文張小姐很詳細，日語小姐姐也很貼心協助解決問題。大廳有很棒的面海景色，房間也很乾淨和有漂亮海景。自助餐有蟹腳但菜色沒很多，中規中矩。

温泉ーかけ流しで、毎時間、湯量で温度調整している 朝食ースペシャルメニューが、炭火焼鮭と卵焼きでした。焼きたてで、お味もちょうどよく、美味しかったです 売店ーセレクションが素敵でついつい購入しちゃいますね 目の前の海を見ながら足湯に入ったり、散歩して、ゆっくりできました

ガイア館3階に宿泊しましたが綺麗で、2階の食堂の音も全く気にならずとてよよかったです。景色は駐車場でしたが、露天風呂やロビーから海や函館の夜景が見えました。 卓球台が4台あり、予約もなく交代で使えます。とても綺麗でした。朝も7:00から10:00まで使えました。 シャワーは全てrefaでドライヤーはPanasonic。へやも綺麗で料理も美味しかったです。カニが食べ放題。夜はいくらはなくとびっこでした。朝はいくらがあり、でも他の刺身がなかったです。美味しかったです。

2食付いて、週末金曜なのに12000円弱はお安い。夕飯も朝食もバイキングですが、品数豊富でどれも美味しい。夕飯には蟹が、朝はイクラが食べ放題。
