Property is very spacious. Staff responded very quickly to my email enquiry. Only thing to note, there is only 1 aircon unit that is in the main lounge covering the whole property. Luckily the weather was not too hot and the bedrooms managed to remain at comfortable temperature. We stayed in Room 401, the apartment is spacious and clean. Downside is no lift to access to level 4 as stated, and the kettle was not in good condition (with a strange plastic smell and the filter is already melted) and I couldn’t make use of it to boil the water to prepare milk for my baby. The condo was clean and had more than enough space for the three of us. There was even a massage chair! The check-in process was easy and it was only a 7-minute drive from the station - I would recommend getting the address in Japanese though if getting a taxi because it was difficult to translate. The condo itself is close within walking distance to many restaurants and the Brick Warehouses which was great. Only issue was there was no elevator so carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs was a bit of a struggle but nothing too bad.
