"Amazing accommodation!! I was debating between other place but I’m glad I decided to stay at Keywest Resort. It’s located in a very convenient location, complimentary parking, easy check-in, spacious and clean room with ocean view, and easy check out! "가족들과 2박3일 그냥 편히 쉬고 오자는 생각으로 다녀왔어요 저희 체크인 시간에 맞춰 룸에 에어컨을 미리 켜주셔서 시원하게 입실했습니다 객실 전면이 통창에 탁트인 전망이라 낮에는 햇빛에 일렁이는 은빛바다로 물멍하고 밤에는 달빛에 반짝이는 바다보며 너무나 좋았습니다 공용바베큐장도 있지만 각 방(베란다)에도 있어서 어른 넷이서 바베큐도 즐겼구요 다른 숙박객은 저녁 늦게까지 아이들과 물놀이 하던데 아침마다 풀장 물 비우고 청소하시더군요 안심하고 풀장 사용해도 좋아요 화장실 물 수압이 완전 시원시원하게 잘나옵니다 큰 창과 욕조도 있으니 겨울엔 따뜻한 물로 창밖을 보면서 힐링하기 좋을것 같아요 사장님 덕분에 아주 잘먹고 잘 쉬다 왔습니다"

"방음이 너무 안되서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 윗층에서 계속 아이들 쿵쾅거리며 뛰어다니는 소리가 들렸구요. 객실 안에 프런트와 직통으로 연결되는 전화가 없습니다. 휴대폰으로 프런트에 전화해서 직원이 바로 전달하겠다곤 했지만 이후에도 크게 해결되진 않았습니다. 리조트 안에 있는 BHC 매장 사장님은 왜 그렇게 화가 나신 모습인지 모르겠지만 무척 불친절 하구요. 객실 안에 안내 책자도 하나 없고 시설에 안내판도 제대로 없고 리조트 안에 어떤 시설이 있는지 찾기가 어렵습니다. 알아서 공부하고 오라는건지..물어보고 싶어도 직원 찾기도 쉽지않네요. 아이들 데리고 가기에 좋다고 해서 왔는데 요금이 저렴한것도 아니고 정말 실망입니다. 다시는 올 생각 없을것 같네요."
