"Normally, I'd lightly review and go e this hotel 4 stars. However, there is a wonderful staff member, Nancy. She set up breakfast. She helped my eight year old son above and beyond! Brought him fresh grits and butter. Helped him make multiple things (he didn't want my help). I appreciated her helping my son feel indepent. Defintely a highlight ofbmy trip."

"The Marriott Savannah Riverfront was a perfect stay, no complaints there. But we had issues when booking a Room with a Riverfront view. When booking the room we paid for a river front room and when we arrived at the front desk the Marriott stated there was not a riverfront room available. They blamed the error on the third party booking, and gave us another room that looked over the roof top at all the air condition units. We were very disappointed. It was very quiet at the hotel that day, so we walked down the River front walkway in front of the Marriott and noticed that there was a lot of Riverfront rooms available. The Marriott front desk lied. "
