The views are spectacular. The cabin is heated and has a bath with a shower. It has satellite high definition TV, DVD player, refrigerator, microwave and coffee-maker. The cabin has a private porch with deck furniture and a private patio with a gas grill and picnic table. Guests have free access to the lodge's internet and phone. Each cabin has a small patio with a picnic table and gas grill. They had a blast playing in the Sitka forest behind the cabin and loved exploring the beach across the road. The bbq was very handy as Haines only has a few dinning options this late in the fall. The only thing that seemed weird was the complete lack of coat hangers or hooks of any kind in the cabin.
